Kraft food Co. Peanuts can't supply

Planters Pistachio lovers mix was sent to me as a gift. Kraft says since stores do not stock this particular item for zip 38967, there is nothing they can do to help me get the product.
The can sent me was 21 OZ. Can't imagine Kraft unable to help me obtain product.
I have asked, called and searched 25 mi. area for 38967. No help.
I have searched the internet. Kraft customer service admits they do have this product but can not send it to me direct?
Is there anything can do to get this product sent to me.
